A prominent financial institution is offering a two-year Marketing Graduate Scheme in Bristol, featuring four rotations across various marketing placements. Candidates will learn to design impactful campaigns, utilize data-driven marketing, and gain industry-recognized skills in brand management. The hybrid role requires at least two days in the office weekly, and offers comprehensive training and support.

Salary – £42,000 + fantastic benefits

Qualifications – No mandatory professional qualification, but you’ll gain industry-recognised skills in brand management, design, data-driven marketing and customer insight. Training costs and resources are fully supported.

As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, part of a fast, creative, and digitally driven team – learning how to craft campaigns, design customer journeys, and harness data and technology to make an impact that lasts.
You’ll rotate across four placements in BMX – gaining a 360° view of how marketing builds value and creates impact, over the course of two years.
