The Marketing Analyst role

• Analysing marketing, sales, and customer behaviour data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities.
• Supporting the development of dashboards and reporting tools, working closely with BI and e-commerce teams.
• Producing robust weekly and monthly performance reports covering ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
• Providing actionable insights to optimise digital channels including PPC, social, email, SEO, and content.
• Undertaking segmentation analysis and support A/B testing to improve targeting and conversion.
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to highlight opportunities for differentiation.
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, retail operations, and product teams to support commercial objectives.
• Assisting with forecasting, budget tracking, and improving data accuracy.

Key Skills & Experience
