Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive to join our central support team and help drive sales and brand exposure across the Kew Green Hotels portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering campaigns that maximise visibility, engagement, and revenue, supporting both our hotels and the wider business. This role is part of a team and is based at our Holiday Inn Rotherham Sheffield (S60 2XL).
Responsibilities
- Support the annual marketing calendar and roll out seasonal promotions across the portfolio.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, respond to messages, and increase exposure to drive revenue.
- Produce high-quality, locally relevant content including images, video, website copy, PPC ads and targeted email campaigns.
- Manage and audit websites to optimise user experience and generate leads.
- Work with third-party suppliers to design and produce on-brand collateral.
- Support individual hotels with on-site marketing needs and campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue and Operations to ensure joined-up activity.
- Attend brand meetings and external forums to represent Kew Green.
Requirements / Qualifications
- You're creative and commercially minded, with a passion for delivering results through engaging campaigns. Confident in exploring new ideas, you bring strong digital marketing skills and the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
- Experience in website, social media, and email marketing (SEO/PPC knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with confidence to influence stakeholders.
- A flair for content creation and attention to detail across all assets.
- High levels of numeracy and IT literacy (Adobe Suite, CRM systems, MS Office/365, Canva).
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the hotel sector (desirable, not essential).
