Marketing Executive

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: £29,000 plus 2.5% bonus + other benefits

Working Pattern: Hybrid with three days on site per week

We're supporting a leading FMCG business in recruiting a Marketing Executive to join their energetic and growing brand team. This is a great fit for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to play a hands on role in delivering exciting campaigns, events and digital activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support brand plans across social media content, influencer activity and consumer campaigns.
  • Coordinate experiential events, sampling activity and brand partnerships.
  • Work closely with student brand ambassadors to ensure aligned and engaging content.
  • Support artwork development and innovation projects in collaboration with marketing and NPD teams.
  • Assist with shopper marketing materials including leaflets, banners and point of sale assets.
  • Provide support with internal brand communication and product launches.
  • Maintain digital content across the ecommerce platform and manage the brand asset library.
About You
  • Creative, proactive and confident working across multiple marketing projects.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and consumer trends.
  • Organised with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Experience within marketing, events, social or agency environments is desirable.
