Marketing Executive - £32K + Bonus - West London - Events Industry

Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for bringing world-class events to life? We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help deliver powerful, results-driven campaigns that connect global businesses, exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors.

What You'll Do
  • Create and deliver engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns using digital and traditional techniques.
  • Build and manage media and association partnerships, nurturing relationships and ensuring partnership value is realised.
  • Keep websites fresh and compelling
  • Manage and grow social media presence, creating eye-catching content and tracking performance metrics.
  • Lead the production of marketing collateral - from brochures to digital assets - to showcase our events in style.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, track analytics, and implement automation for smarter engagement.
  • Support digital advertising campaigns (PPC and paid search) in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Oversee marketing operations - proofreading, ad copy delivery, enquiry management, and competitor monitoring.
  • Drive exhibitor advocacy, equipping partners with promo tools and materials to boost their event visibility.
Key Requirements
  • A marketing qualification (advantageous) and at least 1-2 year's marketing experience (ideally within B2B and events exposure is a bonus)
  • Solid email and web marketing skills, including HTML for email.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with data-led decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and copywriting flair.
  • Experience with databases and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
