Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive its marketing strategy in digital and in-store environments. This role requires a proven track record in executing major marketing campaigns, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in the Google Marketing stack. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a winning culture and drive the company's growth plans. Approximately 10% travel to Germany is needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of online marketing experience in a fast-paced premium consumer goods environment or in an agency environment.
  • Minimum 7-8 years marketing experience.
  • Evidence of having executed major marketing campaigns whilst leading/work within a cross functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company ambition and growth plan through Winning Marketing in digital and in-store.
  • Integrate seamlessly with the UK team and the wider EMEA regional team.
  • Accelerate conversion in-store and online with retailers.
  • Plan and execute winning marketing campaigns with consumers and trade customers.
  • Drive holistic brand communication in the UK market.
  • Lead marketing measurement for the UK and share best practices.

The Role:
Main purpose of role:

Drive the company ambition and growth plan through Winning Marketing in digital and in-store in the UK

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Integrate seamlessly and operate as one team with the UK team and with the wider EMEA regional team
  • Accelerate conversion in-store, online with retailers and in their own direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Plan, execute and manage winning marketing campaigns with consumers and with their trade customers with excellence
  • Align ROI based marketing plans and campaigns with EMEA leadership team to
  • Drive holistic brand communication in everything they do in the UK market
  • Lead marketing measurement for UK and share best practices throughout the EMEA organisation
  • Manage the regional product portfolio to deliver profitable growth together with the UK team
  • Lead the planning, execution, measurement and relationship with relevant 3rd party agencies. In particular the online marketing agency.
  • Drive understanding of the consumer needs in categories better than anyone in the industry in the UK
Educational Qualifications Required :
  • Degree level or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing / Business
Previous Job Experience Required :
  • Minimum 4-5 year’s online marketing experience in a fast-paced premium consumer goods environment or in an agency environment
  • Minimum 7-8 years marketing experience
  • Evidence of having executed major marketing campaigns whilst leading / working within a cross functional team
