Job description

Introducing an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing Team as a Marketing Communications Executive.

Job Summary

We are looking for an articulate and confident Marketing Communications Executive with strong copywriting and communication skills to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Group Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy across the Group. This role is ideal for a communications professional with 2‑3 years experience who is a natural storyteller, excelling at writing engaging content for a diverse target audience.

You will also manage and coordinate with our external design partners to deliver high‑quality diverse campaigns that support our objectives.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role. Experience within the Built Environment/Construction is highly desirable.
  • Impeccable grammar and the ability to write for different audiences from technical consultants to prospective clients.
  • Confident in liaising and collaborating with internal stakeholders (including senior leadership) to gather information.
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines and external suppliers simultaneously.
  • Experienced with CMS platforms (such as WordPress), Email Marketing tools and social media management.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Copywriting (core focus)
  • Proactively collaborate with our technical teams and Directors to extract project details and insights.
  • Write and edit high‑quality content that demonstrates our industry expertise. This includes, but is not limited to, thought leadership, case studies, white papers, blog posts, press releases, and award submissions.
  • Ensure all communication is consistent with our brand guidelines and engaging.
Design Management
  • Act as the primary lead for our external design partners. You will draft clear creative briefs, manage the workflow and ensure all creatives meet our brand guidelines.
  • Ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all marketing collateral.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Working with the Group Sales and Marketing Manager, you will assist with delivering campaigns (email, social, web) to drive lead generation.
  • Lead on the Group's digital presence, shifting our presence from general updates to engagement‑led content.
  • Maintain the Group's website, ensuring the content is updated and optimised for SEO.
Measurement & Analysis
  • Monitor the performance of content (e.g., website traffic, LinkedIn engagement, email open rates) and report back to the Group Sales and Marketing Manager with recommendations for improvement.
