Job description

Overview

This position is responsible for marketing communication activities of Lyreco in Hungary and for B2B marketing activities for Nespresso-Pro products in Hungary. This position is part of a larger Marketing team responsible for CASH region.

Responsibilities

Lyreco related tasks:

• Propose, prepare and execute key B2B marketing activations to support Lyreco company awareness, acquisition and retention of customers in Hungary.

• Market overview, competitors check, overview of key B2B platforms (media, PR, events) for Lyreco in Hungary.

• Prepare and execute smaller company B2B events or secure company presence at larger fairs or conferences.

• Coordinate and prepare content for social media channels for HU market (primarily LinkedIn, FB), webshop, newsletters - cooperate with digital team, content manager and agency. Prepare posts, success stories with customers, PR articles.

• Lead respective PR activities with selected B2B media.

• Prepare POS materials (brochures, leaflets, event materials).

• Support specific product promotions.

• Evaluation of all activities, learnings. Prepare presentations for internal team.

• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Team, Product managers, MarCom team, local agencies.

Nespresso related tasks:

• Lyreco is an exclusive distributor of Nespresso-Pro products for B2B customers in Hungary.

• Leading the process of implementation and execution of specific B2B marketing activities in the Hungarian market: primarily digital and social media activations, events, product promotions, POSM.

• Preparation and execution of relevant B2B events.

• Preparation of content for social media channels and digital platforms (website, blog, LinkedIn, direct mails). Close cooperation with Content marketing manager and Digital team.

• POSM: local implementation of POSM materials (f.e. brochures, leaflets, event materials).

• Execution of product promotions.

What makes you successful

• You have at least 5 year experience in marketing (mainly B2B, brand communication, marketing communication, event management, digital and social media, content creation, coordination of agencies, project management).

• You are creative, can bring new ideas.

• You have good problem solving skills, have an "I can do it" attitude.

• Do your job trustworthy and independently.

• You are skilled in prioritization of activities, can manage the project timelines and ensure delivering on time. Good time management.

• You are a team player. Majority of tasks will require collaboration across other Lyreco departments on a daily basis.

• You are communicative, proactive, open person.

• Speak and write fluent English, including presentation of related activities (internally to Lyreco team and externally to Nestle Nespresso marketing team).

• You are willing to travel: both domestically (mostly to execute smaller events, meet with agencies and partners) and abroad – mostly travel to headquarters in Slovakia, ideally twice per month for 1-2 days.
