Responsibilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end setup, execution, and optimisation of automated marketing campaigns across channels (email and SMS)
  • Build and maintain complex automation journeys, customer workflows, and triggers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Develop and manage audience segmentation, data selections, and personalisation logic to enhance targeting and engagement
  • Execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve open rates, click‑through rates, and conversion performance
  • Analyse campaign metrics and report actionable insights to key stakeholders to inform strategy and decision‑making
  • Develop and maintain forms, landing pages, and data capture mechanisms to support lead generation and event marketing activities
  • Stay current on marketing automation best practices, new technologies, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions
  • Results‑driven and excellent communicator, able to turn complex information and data into clear and understandable insights
