Overview

Radis Community Care are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This part-time role (25hrs per week) is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and communications, who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across a variety of projects.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting internal and external communications, content creation, event coordination, and design. If you're a natural communicator with a flair for writing and an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate content from managers across the business to produce weekly and monthly internal communications and newsletters.
• Proofread and edit copy to ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all marketing and internal communications.
• Assist in planning and organising internal and external events.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, posters, and flyers (basic design skills required).
• Contribute to social media, website updates, and other marketing activities as needed.

About You

• You're passionate about marketing and communications, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• You're highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with ease.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working with people across all areas of a business.
• You're confident in proofreading and editing, and have a keen eye for detail.
• You're comfortable using basic design tools and have a creative mindset.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field (desirable).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
• Experience in Health & Social Care or Marketing Agency environments is desirable but not essential.
