Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant (Digital Media).
Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager the successful applicant will play a crucial part in planning and executing our digital content strategy, helping to elevate our brand presence and effectively engage with our target audiences.
As our Marketing Assistant (Digital Media), you'll have the chance to collaborate with a diverse team of established professionals, contribute your innovative ideas, and work across a wide variety of marketing, media and digital activities. Responsibilities
Design and Creativity: We are looking for a creative individual who can utilise digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar to design marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral that effectively communicate our brand message.
Content Creation: Take the lead in creating captivating visual content including design, photography, and video to support our marketing campaigns and initiatives, while highlighting ETZ’s impact and delivery.
Media and Campaign Support: Capture, prepare and edit imagery and video content, alongside other creative materials for use across digital channels and support the delivery of campaigns. On occasion working with external agencies to deliver creative projects.
Video and Photography: Be adaptable and prepared to film and photograph on-site across our range of projects, helping bring the stories of our work and impact to life.
Digital Platform Ownership: Oversee our digital presence and ensure all digital material is up-to-date, user friendly, and aligned with our brand identity and ethos.
Website CMS: Managing website CMS system, ensuring content is up to date, clear, and engaging for a wide range of audiences. Occasionally collaborate with external agencies to support the delivery of website projects.
Project Coordination: Deliver design and media support across a range of projects, collaborating with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand identity and produce clear, effective assets.
Reporting and Analytics: Report on digital campaign delivery and brand impact, manage metrics and provide insight on growth opportunities.

Flexibility will be required within the role including traveling to different locations and being adaptable with working hours on occasion to suit the organisation’s activity.
