Were looking for a creative, organised and motivated Marketing Assistant with a passion for storytelling, design and the built environment. Youll support a wide range of marketing activities, from producing compelling content to managing our social media channels, ensuring our work reaches and resonates with the right audiences.

Based in our London Living Lab, youll be part of a collaborative marketing team driving the profile and voice of our business.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Crafting engaging written content for web, social media, newsletters, press releases and internal communications.
  • Supporting social media strategy and execution, helping to grow and nurture our online presence.
  • Assisting with marketing deliverables and proposals using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign).
  • Updating and maintaining website content, project profiles and news features.
  • Coordinating photoshoots, video production and other marketing logistics.
  • Collaborating with project teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.
  • Monitoring, reporting on and optimising marketing performance metrics.
  • Administration support across the marketing team.

Essential

Wed Like to Hear From You If You Have:

  • A degree-level education (BA, BSc, or equivalent).
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • A strong understanding of and passion for social media.
  • A genuine love for architecture and the built environment.
  • A highly organised, self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.

Desirable

  • 12 years experience in a similar marketing role within the built environment or related industry.
  • Video production, editing and filmmaking - or a strong willingness to learn.
