Marketing Assistant – FMCG Brand

Chippenham (4 days office / 1 day WFH) | £25,000 + salary review after 3 months

Are you a creative, hands-on marketer looking for a varied and fast-paced role? Do you want to get involved in everything from social content and events to packaging and trade marketing?

We’re working with a highly respected, purpose-led brand based in Wiltshire, seeking a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get stuck into all areas of the marketing mix – including digital, experiential, B2B and B2C campaigns – with support from a collaborative and experienced team.

This is a full-time role requiring 4 days a week in the office, so you’ll need to be local (or within a reasonable commute) and have your own car.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assist with content creation for social media, email campaigns, and newsletters
  • Keep the website content fresh and engaging
  • Support the organisation and delivery of consumer shows and community events
  • Manage trade marketing comms and help create point-of-sale materials
  • Take the lead on photography, sample logistics and press packs
  • Help ensure packaging, labels and product artwork are accurate and on brand
  • Contribute to projects around sustainability and community engagement
  • Write internal updates and marketing copy
What you’ll bring
  • Some experience or knowledge of marketing (ideally digital, social or brand)
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks
  • Great organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in food, sustainability, and values-led business
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car

Photoshop, SEO or paid social experience would be a plus but not essential.
