The Role

We're looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Graham & Brown Marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment where no two days are the same. From product launches to market research, brand pitches to sales materials, you'll help bring our brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints.

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the team in delivering product plans and executing marketing campaigns with precision and flair. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring everything from stock availability to sample books is handled with care and efficiency.

Whether you're updating internal brand rooms, creating impactful brand pitches, or preparing for a trade show, your role as a Marketing Assistant will be vital in ensuring our marketing efforts hit the mark and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the team with general marketing administration
  • Supporting the Direct Sales area of the business by ensuring new launches have all relevant digital sales assets and data prior to launch
  • Undertaking Market research and Gap Analysis
  • Manage sampling, product origination, and approvals using systems like AX, Pimberly and Netsuite
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of brand guidelines, seeking approval for artwork, POS, and product assets
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product information across brand room and showrooms
  • Help manage stock readiness for launches
  • Coordinate marketing support for showrooms, trade shows, events and exhibitions
  • Create impactful brand pitches and presentations
  • Asset support and creation
  • Occasional travel might be required to support trade shows and brand events
What We're Looking For
  • Interest in marketing and interiors is a must
  • Ideally educated to A‑Level or equivalent
  • Creative flair with confidence in creating marketing content
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • Self‑starter with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong team player who can build effective internal and external relationships
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Confident presenting ideas and materials to a high standard
  • Photography skills and experience are desired but not essential
  • A full, clean driving license for occasional travel
