Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical marine engineering background.

• Excellent understanding of P&ID, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support across the WAW product line.
• Manage and coordinate field service operations.
• Develop and maintain high-level customer support.
• Provide quotations and manage service orders.
• Support field engineers and ensure follow-up actions.
• Promote additional services and spare parts.

Skills
