• Proven experience in boat maintenance, repairs, and refits.
• Competent with engines, electrical systems, plumbing, and general onboard maintenance.
• Health & safety aware, with the ability to follow policies and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health & safety standards across the marina and boatyard.
• Service, diagnose, repair, and refit inboard/outboard engines.
• Install and maintain onboard systems including electrical and plumbing.
