A technology-focused organization in Belfast is searching for a Marcomms Operations Manager to enhance marketing processes and manage team workflows effectively. Your role will involve refining operations, creating efficient templates, and generating marketing reports. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B marketing operations, strong project management skills, and a collaborative spirit. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Digital Catapult is looking for a Marcomms Operations Manager who will be part of the Marcomms Team (Marketing, Communications and Events), working closely and collaboratively with various departments in the company and reporting to the Head of Marketing.
The Marcomms Department acts as an agency with regards to the wider Digital Catapult teams. This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of agile marketing operations to drive efficiencies and processes within the business and will be instrumental in how the Marcoms Team manage all programmes and projects within the organisation, assigning priorities and managing the workflow.
This role will support the delivery of robust, scalable and flexible marketing processes: you will ensure the effective deployment of processes and that we have the correct tools in place to drive efficiency, measure and track productivity, and support growth.
This role is an 18 month fixed term contract.
