Job Title: Manufacturing Operative

Location: Hoyland

Salary: £28,152 + weekly bonus + overtime + excellent benefits

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Manufacturing Operative to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery used in the manufacture of steel components
• Manual reaming of finished products
• Operate a radial arm drill safely and efficiently
• Pre-clean and post-clean products to required standards
• Assemble painted chassis components
• Provide support to the fabrication and welding team when required

Days:

• Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30
• Fri 07:30–13:30 (with regular structured overtime)

OR Rotating Shifts (with 1.15 shift bonus):

• Mon–Thurs 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
• Fri 06:00–11:30 / 11:30–17:00

Experience Required:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Confident using jigs and assembly fixtures for high-quality repetitive components
• Ability to use gauges and measuring equipment for inspection purposes
• GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade 4 or above
