Location : Slough (Hybrid typically 3 days per week on-site)
Salary : 28000- 34500 Bonus Benefits

As our Manufacturing Operations Coordinator you’ll play a vital role in keeping our Slough operations running smoothly. Supporting the Plant Director and wider leadership team you’ll help drive the efficiency organisation and engagement that powers our factory every day.
We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll thrive on helping others succeed and enjoy being at the centre of a collaborative team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly.
Confident communicator clear professional and approachable.
Experience supporting senior leaders or teams ideally within an office operations or manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of digital tools (e.g. MS Office Teams or similar).
Experience with procurement or finance systems (e.g. Ariba).
Event planning or coordination experience.
Manage diaries travel and key communications for the Plant Director and leadership team.
Lead the annual Slough Supply Leadership Team calendar ensuring meetings events and reviews are well planned and executed.
Coordinate factory visits and events from Associate conferences to VIP tours creating a seamless experience for every visitor.
Oversee administrative processes including purchase orders expenses and supplier liaison.
Support engagement initiatives such as the Factory SMART Team Associate recognition and workplace effectiveness projects.
Work with diverse and talented Associates all guided by the Five Principles.
