You will oversee production, manage workflow from sales order to installation, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead a busy wood workshop team and oversee the production. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll balance time on the shop floor with office‑based planning and coordination. Overseeing risk assessment, HSE standards and work safe environments are being met.


You'll play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from sales order through to installation, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and on‑time delivery.

What We're Looking For

Essential:



  • Proven experience in Wood Manufacturing

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach

  • Ability to manage workflow from sales order to installation

  • Confident communicator with problem‑solving skills across multiple stakeholders

  • Skilled in resource planning and production coordination

  • DBS check required (basic level)


Desirable:



  • Management qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or Continuous Improvement practices

  • Experience with installation logistics and project coordination
