What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll drive the introduction of new technologies and digital solutions across a modern manufacturing environment. Your work will help transform processes, boost efficiency, and support the development of next‑generation products.

  • Lead technology‑focused improvement projects across the facility
  • Research and deliver new and emerging innovations, from feasibility through to implementation
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop smart manufacturing solutions
  • Drive automation and connectivity initiatives to enhance system communication and business performance
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve integrated manufacturing systems
  • Develop data analytics tools for optimisation, predictive maintenance, and real‑time insights
  • Ensure all digital and automation projects meet safety, quality, cyber‑security, and compliance standards
What You’ll Bring
Essential :
  • Qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience (HNC / Degree)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience taking new technologies or tools from concept to full deployment
  • Able to understand Six Sigma and have applied it
  • CAD experience would be beneficial
