A defence technology leader is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance processes and deliver innovative defence products. This role involves leading manufacturing readiness reviews, implementing Lean methodologies, and collaborating with teams to support new business developments. Candidates should have solid experience in manufacturing engineering, knowledge of press moulding, and CNC machining. This full-time position is based onsite in Coventry, UK, with a salary range of £35,000 to £42,500 plus bonuses.

Vacancy Type : Full-time, Permanent and based onsite.
Salary : £35,000 - £42,500 per annum + Discretionary Bonus

The Manufacturing Engineer works with engineering, quality, and project teams to deliver new defence protection products, such as armour plates, shields and helmets, and applies continuous improvement techniques to the manufacturing processes.
