Main Responsibilities Will Include
  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement programs and site-wide excellence initiatives
  • Apply lean principles and integrate design-for-manufacture practices across operations
  • Conduct investigations, process capability studies, and validation activities for equipment and processes
  • Develop and implement tactical plans for equipment installations, modifications, and enhancements
  • Oversee chemical process characterization, scale-up activities, and associated validations
  • Direct safety and environmental programs to maintain compliance and operational integrity
  • Manage facility maintenance and improvement projects to support business continuity
  • Establish engineering controls and specifications for manufacturing processes and equipment
About You
  • Degree in engineering, preferably chemical or mechanical
  • Experience in manufacturing technical operations, ideally within regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with GMP requirements for medical devices
  • Knowledge of chemical or polymer processing and an understanding of EHS systems
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
Salary Range Information

£32,400.00 - £55,100.00 GBP Annual
