Qualifications

• Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting quick-turnaround deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creating project folders and using ERP to ensure correct client and project information.
• Prepare quotes.
• Create part codes in ERP alongside project manager.
• Monitor order confirmations/client POs.
• Create order confirmations for client teams.
• Monitor production ready dates and escalate if needed.
• Request project deliverables.
• Supporting project reconciliations and data analysis on costs vs budget.
• Chair weekly status meeting.
