Samlesbury or Warton (On-site). Travelling between both sites

Salary

£46,702

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver outstanding training, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire Delegates to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviors to successfully progress within Manufacturing
  • Take professional pride in their role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful training, learning and assessment
  • Assess and monitor delegate performance in line with frameworks/ standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence
  • Train Delegates to reach their full potential by providing key support, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their employment maintaining skills and competency
  • Be an SME in developing learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of the being a role model and advocate for SHE and technical training
Your skills and experiences
Essential
  • Understanding of skills training end to end process with a focus on planning and operational excellence
  • Understanding and compliance with Company HR,SHE, & Quality policies and processes
  • Aerospace or Mechanical Fitter
  • Time served apprenticeship
  • Understanding of manufacturing functions
Desirable
  • A1 Assessors award (Training will be provided and must willing to work towards and achieved in first 6 month of role)
  • Level 3 teaching qualification or above (Training will be provided and must willing to work towards and achieved in first 6 month of role)
Working hours Monday - Thursday

37 hours over 4 days; 9-hour shift either day or night (3pm-midnight typically, Twilight Shifts)

We are a driven and enthusiastic team who support the AIR Manufacturing function with their training requirement demands. Delivering and designing high quality and impactful training interventions that support our Manufacturing teams and products.
