The successful candidate will oversee teams in Europe and the UK responsible for installing network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure for a global business. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the possibility of travel within Europe, with direct client reporting. It provides an engaging opportunity with significant independence.

DUTIES:

• Coordinate and manage the installation of telecom networks
• Oversee and mentor the installation teams
• Manage end-to-end projects related to network and data centre delivery
• Plan and oversee all project aspects to meet deadlines
• liaise with clients and engineers
• Report on installation status
• Maintain all project documentation
• Undertake site preparations (e.g., rack and cabinet installation, structured cabling, power and cooling infrastructure, on-site testing)
• Manage, motivate, and retain project teams
• Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of project management experience in data centre projects
• Understanding of network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure (e.g., racks, cabling, power, cooling)
• Fluent in Mandarin
