Account Manager - Summary:

  • Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join their Germany team.
  • This role will play a key part in expanding our presence in the German and wider European markets, promoting company's full portfolio of international telecommunications and ICT solutions.

Account Manager - What You'll be Doing:

  • Lead business development efforts in Germany and be accountable for achieving assigned sales targets and driving overall revenue growth.
  • Execute the company's sales strategy by identifying leads, acquiring new customers, developing business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and conduct in-depth market and customer analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Promote company's global products and solutions—including IEPL, VPN, IP Transit, IoT services, cloud solutions, and others—through participation in or organization of marketing events, industry conferences, and seminars.
  • Maintain and update internal systems such as CRM platforms, ensuring accurate data and effective usage.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the company to support business operations.

Account Manager - The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English Knowledge of German is highly advantageous.
  • Solid sales experience in the telecommunications or related industry; familiarity with core telecom solutions. Experience in cross-border business and strong project coordination skills are a plus.
  • Preferably have established business connections among Chinese enterprises in Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Responsible, collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with a strong commitment to achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Occasional business trips may be required.
