Managing Director – Rory's Travel Club | Belfast City Centre office, Monday-Friday | £80,000 to £100,000

Rory's Travel Club is entering a major phase of growth. With our London expansion well underway, we're now looking for a Managing Director to lead the London business from our Belfast city centre office and take Rory's Travel Club into its next chapter.

What you'll do in this role
  • Direct leadership and management of a team of around 10, including Sales Manager, Sales Executives, Social Media Executive, Customer Service, and Admin teams
  • Setting the overall commercial and operational strategy for the business
  • Driving revenue growth and profitability across all areas of the club
  • Leading on major commercial negotiations and closing high value contracts
  • Supporting and developing the sales function, from strategy through to execution
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the London growth strategy
  • Ensuring teams are aligned, motivated, and performing at a high level
  • Taking full ownership of business performance, results, and culture
What we're looking for
  • A strong commercial background with proven experience growing a business
  • Senior leadership experience with direct people management responsibility
  • A track record of negotiating and closing large, complex contracts
  • Strategic thinking combined with a practical, hands‑on approach
  • Confident decision making and clear communication
  • Experience scaling teams, processes, and revenue
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced, ambitious environment
