About the Role

This role focuses on our quantitative benchmarking products, helping clients understand how they compare to their peers across a wide range of Key Performance Indicators. We work with Financial Services organizations across the UK, evaluating performance and advising senior management on strategy. With exclusive access to uncensored data from the UK’s largest retail banks and insurers, we provide insights and advice that no other consultancy can.

As a Manager, you’ll take ownership of at least one benchmark, working with high-profile brands to gather accurate data, analyze results, and deliver clear strategic insights.

What You’ll Do
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop strong connections with banking clients and deliver impactful insights and advice to stakeholders.
  • Create Insights: Analyze trends using our unique datasets, identify key drivers, and craft actionable recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver Presentations: Present findings to clients, often including senior industry leaders, either in person or remotely.
  • Collaborate on Sales: Partner with the commercial team to identify opportunities to expand the reach of our services.
  • Lead the Team: Mentor junior colleagues, helping them grow their analytical, client, and presentation skills.
  • Develop Products: Ensure your benchmarks evolve to reflect market changes and client needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 5 years’ experience in consulting or a similar analytical, client-facing role (knowledge of retail banking is a plus).
  • Ability to turn detailed data into clear, concise, and logical insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Analytical and research skills, with experience managing teams to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong numerical ability.
  • Interest in retail Financial Services, with knowledge of product and channel trends.
  • A curious, self-motivated, and organized mindset, ready to learn and adapt to new opportunities.
