Attentive is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our UK-based team and play a pivotal role in driving our international expansion. As a key leader in our London office, you'll help define and execute the outbound strategy, partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You'll coach and develop a team of ambitious and high‑performing Sales Development Representatives focused on our mid‑market and enterprise segment. This is a high‑impact opportunity to build pipeline at scale, impact the development of next‑generation sales talent, and allow us to scale effectively in a high‑growth, high‑speed organization as we expand into new markets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of high‑performing Sales Development Representatives, equipping them with the resources, coaching, and support they need to drive strong business results.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentive’s go‑to‑market motion.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity, drive accountability, and continuously improve results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional peers to drive business outcomes for Attentive.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top SDR talent, supporting career progression through individualized development plans.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of top performance.
  • At least 1 year of management experience.
  • Familiarity with Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Sendoso, Builtwith.
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training.
  • Passion for coaching and educating others.
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
