The Global Catalog division of Warner Music Group is responsible for overseeing Warner's vast, eclectic roster of iconic artists, labels, albums, and songs. Developed out of the groundbreaking catalog label Rhino Records, the division continues to pioneer the business with award‑winning product releases and innovative marketing campaigns. Working closely with artists and Warner Music labels around the world such as Atlantic, Elektra, Parlophone, and Warner Records, Global Catalog develops new opportunities for catalog across eras. The Warner catalog spans over eight decades and includes material by some of the most important artists in music history, including David Bowie, Michael Bublé, Coldplay, John Coltrane, The Doors, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Aretha Franklin, Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, Madonna, The Notorious B.I.G., among many others.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse L&A performance during month‑end close and forecast cycles against the budget and prior year, identifying key drivers.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages and review‑meeting decks.
  • Calculate and communicate updated streaming forecasts to L&A.
  • Analyse data by market, artist, DSP, etc. to determine drivers of performance, supported by the Business Intelligence team.
  • Manage the global marketing budget and provide forecasts to L&A finance teams.
  • Liaise with L&A on all matters relating to Off Roster.
  • Maintain strong financial and analytical capabilities – an intuitive, strategic thinker.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities.
  • Be comfortable working with senior‑level executives across different areas of the company.
  • Be a highly organized person who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑transforming work environment.
  • Possess strong multi‑tasking abilities.
  • Work well with change and be a team player.
