A leading IT services provider in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Manager to oversee ITAM Program Transformation and Operations across EMEA and APAC. Anglepoint is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee ITAM Program Transformation and Operations delivery across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role is responsible for delivery performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of Anglepoint’s ITAM programme services.
You will manage delivery teams and client engagements to ensure ITAM programmes deliver measurable business value, efficiency, and quality while maintaining alignment with our global standards and frameworks. Working closely with senior stakeholders and client service leads, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of ITAM services, focusing on process optimisation, automation, and scalable delivery methods.
