A leading company in gaming is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Risk to manage diverse global risks and support business resilience. This role involves assessing current and emerging risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management practices. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in risk management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
The Manager, Enterprise Risk will play a key role in driving enterprise risk management and resilience activities across Aristocrat. As part of their role, the Manager, Enterprise Risk will have a primary focus on the Aristocrat Interactive and Product Madness business units, but will also support the broader business globally to promote and embed the enterprise risk management and business resilience programs within Aristocrat. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions to support the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of risks, ensuring the continued success and sustainability of our operations. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise and Third Party Risk.
