Senior E-Commerce Manager – On-site, full-time | Easily commutable from Epping, Cheshunt & Bishops Stortford

A fast-growing consumer brand at the intersection of lifestyle, consumer goods and tech / gaming accessories is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of its direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel. With strong foundations already in place, this pivotal role accelerates growth in the UK and international markets by shaping a three-year strategy while driving day-to-day performance.

Role
  • Own the P&L for the D2C channel, setting and delivering a three-year growth strategy
  • Lead day-to-day channel management, ensuring smooth execution and rapid issue resolution
  • Optimise product selection in collaboration with the product team to maximise sales opportunities
  • Oversee digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, affiliates, email, display) to drive ROI
  • Manage traffic acquisition, conversion, A / B testing and reporting
  • Develop international roll-out plans and ensure logistics are fit for expansion
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Lead and develop a small team, aligning them to the wider commercial strategy
  • Build robust forecasting processes to support production and supply planning
  • Stay ahead of D2C trends, adopting new tools and AI-driven approaches to enhance performance
What Were Looking For
  • Proven success scaling a branded D2C e-commerce platform, ideally across UK, EU and US markets
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of digital sales funnels and activation strategies
  • Hands-on experience across key digital marketing channels
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to balance long-term strategy with daily execution
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency essential) with the ability to translate data into strategy
