We are excited to grow a UK presence with our first Creator Growth Lead in the region.

About the Role: We are hiring our first Creator Growth Lead in the UK, a highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who can both drive new creator adoption and establish the foundations for our UK expansion. This person will manage the end-to-end sales cycle with creators and help shape our go-to-market strategy in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Own outreach, demos, and closing with creators in the UK.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline while responding to inbound interest.
  • Develop the playbook for how we grow creator adoption in the UK.
  • Work cross-functionally with HQ to adapt messaging and campaigns to the UK market.
  • Attend industry events, building ShopMy’s brand presence locally.
  • Share market insights to help inform broader product and strategy decisions.

Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or creator/influencer management.
  • Deep knowledge of the UK creator ecosystem.
  • Strong operational skills with the ability to “build as you sell.”
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable as the first hire in a new region.

Salary information designates base salary exclusive of commission. The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible depending on experience and evolving business needs. Every employee receives equity on top of cash compensation.
