The Team

The Corporate Tax team at EY supports a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PE‑backed, and AIM‑listed businesses, along with multinational inbound and PLCs groups shareholders. We aim to be trusted advisors, delivering a full suite of corporate tax advisory and compliance services. Our work includes:

• Compliance and reporting
• Group reorganisations and restructurings
• Transaction structuring and support
• Ongoing tax advisory services related to day‑to‑day operations

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Proactively develop business and contribute to winning new work
• Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to training, retention, and wider people initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

• ACA/CTA/Tax Inspector qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance
• Business development experience, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder relationship skills
