Manager – Business Analysis and Distribution Management

Implementation of pricing, distribution, and reservation sales strategies for revenue optimization.

Monitor all distribution channels, reservations, and revenue system to ensure the pricing and restrictions are correctly built.

Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly reports to maximise overall revenue.

Analyse historical data and observe the continuous performance for both transient and group activities to identify the market demand and revenue opportunities.

Perform rate loading and manage room inventory in all channels.

Advise the management on E-Commerce and set marketing strategies.

Conduct quantitative customer research across distribution channels and segments.

Provide up-to-date insights and market information which impact the industry.

Manage booking engine content and layout.

Work closely with all other hotel operating departments for creating different room packages.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related discipline.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in hospitality.

Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word‑processing.

Knowledge in digital marketing, e‑commerce, content management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), multimedia platform preferred.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and strong initiative.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus.
