A leading social care provider in the Isle of Wight is hiring for a leadership role to manage a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. The successful candidate will oversee a team, ensure compliance with care standards, and promote independence among service users. Salary: GBP 30,000 to 36,000 per annum

The successful candidate will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the supported living service, or act as the Registered Manager if applicable. The primary objective is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred support.
This role also involves supporting staff to effectively meet the needs of people with learning disabilities and mental health challenges, with a strong emphasis on promoting independence and developing essential life skills.
