About the job

Ascott Limited Europe is offering an 18-month Management Associate Programme with three rotational placements (two in the United Kingdom and one in Europe). You will gain hands-on experience, receive expert mentorship, and the skills to lead to a permanent placement within one of our properties in the UK or Europe across our lodging businesses.

During the programme you will undertake three rotational placements within our operational business to support your development and exposure to different locations and teams.

• Adaptability: flexible approach to work, thriving across a rotational programme in diverse settings and locations.
• Attention to Detail: keen eye for detail, with prior experience in hotels or serviced apartments.
• Multilingual Skills: fluent in English and another European language is highly desirable.
• Eligibility: has the right to work in the UK and the capability to work in any of our European properties.
