Join Our Finance Team - Management Accounts Assistant. Are you looking to take the next step in your finance career within a dynamic and supportive NHS environment? We're seeking a Management Accounts Assistant to join our busy but welcoming finance team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial information to support decision‑making across the Trust. You'll work closely with budget holders to help manage resources effectively—often guiding them through challenging financial discussions and helping to align expectations with reality.
Collaboration is central to this role. You'll liaise daily with colleagues in Financial Services, while also engaging with internal departments such as HR, Clinical Directorates, and other teams across the Trust. Externally, you'll communicate with auditors, suppliers, other NHS organisations, and ICBs to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.
