Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing agency is preferred but not essential.
• Looking to broaden commercial experience and deliver best practice finance rigour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the order-to-cash cycle for client contracts and invoicing.
• Support cash management activity, including allocations and loan requests.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis presentations.
• Manage freelance resource via agency planning system for timely project delivery.
• Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments, reviewing non-client expenditures.
• Contribute to annual business planning and rolling forecasts.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and present findings.

Part qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)

Experience in project accounting
