Position Overview

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients’ financial health and strategic decision‑making. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analysing financial data, and providing insights that drive business performance. This role demands a high level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with clients.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of business plans and financial models.
  • Support clients with cost management and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support overall business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or QBE is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within an accountancy firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
