A public safety organization is seeking a Management Accountant in Culham, England. This role involves technical business partnering in financial reporting and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or studying towards a professional qualification, with strong skills in management reporting and advanced Excel. The position offers a hybrid working model along with a generous benefits package including annual leave, pension, and bonus schemes.
Up to £39,929 plus a £2,000 South East allowance per annum and generous benefits package. Based at Culham, Oxfordshire (hybrid working). 12 month fixed term appointment. Full-Time (37.5 hours per week).

The Management Accountant is responsible for providing technical business partnering in all aspects of monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with an emphasis on process efficiency and continuous improvement alongside the production of robust management information to enable effective decision making.
