A leading healthcare provider in the City of Westminster is seeking a Management Accountant to deliver financial and management account services. This role will involve preparing budget reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial advice to both finance and non-finance staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, and will be expected to participate in team development. The position requires working a minimum of 3 days in the office.
The Management Accountant will be responsible for delivering financial and management accounts services for the Strategic Assets and Property directorate.
Working closely with a Finance Business Partner and Finance Manager this role will work on account reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, budget holder meetings, and producing management information.
The role requires working within a larger multi‑disciplinary team, therefore maintaining strong communication with finance colleagues, budget holders, and suppliers, and providing high‑quality financial advice and performance information to managers is a must.

The Management Accountant will assist in producing monthly budgetary and control reports, prepare and upload journals, investigate and resolve expenditure variances, and support budget holders with queries.
Duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining supplier statements, analysing financial discrepancies, and ensuring payroll details are correct.
The role also involves preparing year‑end accounts, maintaining financial records to audit standards, and providing financial advice to managers and staff.
