Overview

Management Accountant (Hybrid)

Belfast

£35,000 - £40,000

Artemis Human Capital are working with a business in Belfast City Centre who are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team. You'll be part of a small team. Our client is keen to add a professional who will support the day to day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce monthly management accounts and support budget holders in line with the month-end timetable.
  • Reconcile balance sheet items and group bank accounts
  • Review nominal ledger postings, process weekly financial reports, and handle aged debtors/credit control
  • Support payroll (timesheet collation), contribute to annual audit and statutory accounts preparation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal financial control and purchase ordering processes; own assigned tasks end-to-end
The Person
  • Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), part-qualified, or equivalent experience ("QBE")
  • 3–5+ years in a hands-on finance role, comfortable with month-end, reconciliations, and audit support.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused.
  • Works well in a small team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
