Job description

We are looking for a Managed Service Contract (MSC) Account Manager to join our Commercial team.

Represent Sysmex UK as a MSC Account Manager for designated accounts. Reporting directly to the MSC Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic objectives, taking ownership of assigned targets, and driving growth.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • You’ll bring integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting a collaborative team culture. Some (occasional) UK and Ireland travel may be required.
Responsibilities
  • Managementof definedexisting Sysmex UK primary MSC customers.
  • MSCpromotion and business development.
  • Assess market trends and emerging technologies to identify potential partner suppliers for inclusion in Sysmex Managed Service Contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new partner suppliers, negotiating mutually beneficial terms to meet customer requirements and create long-term partnerships.

Essential requirements for this role

  • Demonstrate experience and have a broad understanding of the pathology diagnostics market in theUKandIreland.
  • Proventrack recordofbidding,negotiating andexecutingsuccessfulMSC contracts.
  • Demonstrates an excellent understanding and ability to communicate confidently on public sector procurement regulations and commercial contracts.
  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively to support sales / business development teams deliver their performance objectives.
  • Knowledge of the main laboratory-based partnersupplier technologies and capabilities.
  • Experience ofcollaboratingwith partner suppliers to delivermutual success in a Sysmex MSC contract.
  • Proventrack recordin developingbusinesswith astrong commercial focus.
  • Demonstrate stakeholder management and business relationship skills.
  • Full driving license

The successful applicant may need to travel both nationally, and in the Republic of Ireland on occasion to complete key activities when required by the organisation.
