Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and creative Teaching Assistant to support primary age children within the classroom and with additional needs.

If you’re compassionate, committed to making a positive impact on children’s lives, and have a background in teaching, youth work (including church or scouts’ groups), youth sports coaching, children’s entertainment, or similar… we want to chat!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, activities, and overall running of the class in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Assisting with classroom behaviour management and facilitating a positive learning environment for all students.
  • Acting as a role model for students to look up to, promoting positive behaviour, teamwork, and perseverance.
  • Must have experience of working with young people in settings such as education, youth groups, sports, church, clubs, etc.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and colleagues to meet specific pupil needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
