Overview

NRL are currently recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader for a Temp-to-Perm role based in Oldbury. This role will be based on an Offsite Manufacturing Facility. The successful candidate will be expected to confidently report maintenance issues and may be required to attend designated meetings. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and support team members, communicate clearly and effectively, make informed decisions under pressure, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role also requires a hands-on approach to preventative maintenance on machinery, in alignment with our maintenance compliance plan, while working collaboratively with the production team.

You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
