HNC / HND or equivalent in Building Surveying, Construction or a related field (essential). Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS CIOB) is desirable. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Health & Safety certifications (e.g. Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height) are advantageous.
