• Experience diagnosing property condition and scoping for remedial works.
• Understanding of building pathology and complex issues like subsidence.
• Experience managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Able to use systems to update records and write reports.

Compliance

• Basic DBS required.
• 3 years referencing required.
• Vehicle insured for business use.
• We pay mileage.

Work Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, manage own diary, expect to spend time on the road and working from home.
